水稻条纹叶枯病的病原,先期的研究者均认为纯化的病毒为直径约30nto的球状粒子,而小金沢等(1975)认为病毒粒体是8nm宽、400nm长的分枝丝状体,球状粒子是纯化过程中植物的正常成分。国内对此尚未见报导。本文报导的是病毒提纯和病毒形态观察及其血清学的研究结果。材料和方法 (一)试验材料采自田间具典型病状的粳稻品种农垦58病稻植株,和同一品种在隔离条件下所培育的健稻植株,在-20℃低温冰箱中冰冻保存备用。 (二)提纯方法以低温冰冻的供试材
As for the pathogen of rice stripe disease, the previous researchers thought that the purified virus was a spherical particle with a diameter of about 30nto. However, Kim et al. (1975) suggested that the virion is a branched filament with a width of 8nm and a length of 400nm. Spherical particles Is the normal component of a plant during purification. This has not been reported in China. This article reports the virus purification and virus morphological observation and serological results. MATERIALS AND METHODS (a) The test materials were collected from the japonica rice cultivar Nongken 58 in typical field in the field, and the healthy rice plants cultivated under isolation conditions in the same variety.
