目的明确桡动脉损伤与重建对伤手微循环的影响。方法32例因急性肾衰而行前臂动静脉外造瘘术接受血液透析的患者 ,在桡动脉重建术前、后3d内分别进行甲襞微循环检测。桡动脉重建采用自体头静脉移植端端吻合的方法。结果桡动脉重建术前伤手甲襞微循环各项检测指标均高于健侧 ;重建术后伤手各项检测指标即得到明显改善 ,与健侧无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论桡动脉损伤后在一定程度上必然影响手的微循环 ,进行自体头静脉移植桡动脉重建是可行的
Objective To investigate the effect of radial artery injury and reconstruction on the hand and hand microcirculation. Methods Thirty-two patients undergoing hemodialysis underwent preoperative arteriovenous external ostomy due to acute renal failure were examined with microcirculation before and after radial artery reconstruction. Radial artery reconstruction using autologous cephalic vein anastomosis method. Results The detection indexes of hand armor 襞 microcirculation before radial artery reconstruction were higher than those of contralateral side. The indexes of injured hand after reconstruction were significantly improved, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion After radial artery injury, the hand microcirculation will inevitably be affected to a certain extent. It is feasible to reconstruct radial artery with autologous cephalic vein graft
