女,12岁。因4个月内阵发性酱油色尿伴面色苍白4次,每次发作间隔20天左右,于1993年4月16日入院。体检除面色苍白外,无其它阳性体征。实验室检查:(1)贫血:溶血时血常规:血红蛋白40～50g/L,网织5％,白细胞12×10~9/L,中性68％,淋巴32％,血小板196×10~9/L;骨穿:红系增生,以中晚幼细胞为主,形态正常。(2)溶血:尿隐血阳性;尿含铁血黄素阳性;血总胆红素正常;酸溶血试验和蔗
