In order to help urban and rural disadvantaged groups upgrade their skills and realize employment as soon as possible, in 2012, Linyi City organized and implemented a government procurement training project in the city to provide free vocational and technical training to over 5,000 laid-off and newly-added labor force in cities and towns.
