目的探讨原发性胆囊癌组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达与术后脏器转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测39例原发性胆囊癌组织中COX-2的表达情况,结合术后随访结果进行分析。结果COX-2表达阳性患者术后1年内肝、肺转移率为96.6%,COX-2表达阴性患者肝、肺转移率2/10,二者间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论COX-2表达阳性患者原发性胆囊癌术后脏器转移率明显高于表达阴性者,临床可采用高选择性COX-2抑制剂进行术后的化学防治。
Objective To investigate the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression and postoperative metastasis in primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of COX-2 in 39 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma, and the results of follow-up were analyzed. Results The rates of liver and lung metastases were 96.6% within 1 year after surgery, and liver and lung metastasis rates were 2/10 in patients with COX-2 negative expression (P <0.05). Conclusion The postoperative organ metastasis rate of primary gallbladder cancer patients with positive COX-2 expression is significantly higher than that of negative patients. ClO may be selectively controlled by highly selective COX-2 inhibitor.
