作者用φ20毫米微型孕镶人造金刚石钻头,钻进规程:N=1500转/分、Fv=4900千巴、Q=2-/3升分,在多参数回转钻进试验台上对强硅化英安斑岩等九种“打滑”岩石进行了大量的室内模拟钻进试验。从观察孔底碎岩过程着手,结合钻头胎体唇面摩擦状态分析,认为所谓“打滑”岩石的基本特征是:坚硬、致密、强研磨性、高硬度、低可钻性。本文最后指出,针对“打滑”岩石的具体特性,改善钻头结构设计,合理选择钻进规程、采用适当的人工辅助措施进行综合防治,可以提高“打滑”岩石中钻进的技术经济效益。
The authors used a φ20 mm micro-impregnated synthetic diamond drill bit with a drilling schedule of N = 1500 rpm, Fv = 4900 kPa, and Q = 2- / 3 rpm for drilling on a multi-parameter rotary drilling rig Ampoule nine other “slippery” rocks carried out a large number of indoor simulation drilling test. Finally, this paper points out that the technical and economic benefits of drilling in “slippery” rock can be improved in view of the specific characteristics of “slippery” rock, improving the design of bit structure, selecting drilling rules rationally and using proper artificial auxiliary measures to prevent and control the drilling.
