我国1978~1985年的全国科学技术发展规划纲要中,把材料列为我国八个综合性科技领域(农业、能源、材料、电子计算机、激光、空间、高能物理、遗传工程)之一。可见关于材料的科学技术显然是一门重大的新兴技术和带头学科,它的发展推动整个科学技术——从尖端技术到国民经济——的高度发展。材料科学及工程,作为一门新兴学科来说,巳占有极重要的地位,有人把材料、能源和信息(通讯与计算技术)并列为现代技术的三大支柱,不是没有原因的。
In the Outline of National Science and Technology Development Plan of China from 1978 to 1985, the material was listed as one of the eight comprehensive fields of science and technology (agriculture, energy, materials, computer, laser, space, high-energy physics and genetic engineering) in our country. It can be seen that science and technology on materials is obviously a major emerging technology and leading discipline whose development has promoted the entire development of science and technology - from cutting-edge technology to the national economy. Materials science and engineering, as a new discipline, have a very important place. Some people have listed materials, energy and information (communication and computing technologies) as the three pillars of modern technology for no reason.
