本文对所论论文提出几点意见。指出该文对实际资料的统计、计算是可取的,其数学模型违背实际,且其经验系数 K 只用简单的线性(或正比)关系计算即可,不需用复杂公式。
This article made a few comments on the thesis. It is advisable to calculate and calculate the actual data in this paper.
