难治性室性心动过速的治疗

对心律失常有一定程度了解的医务工作者,在室性心动过速的治疗方面一般不会感到有多大困难。但是,在少数情况下,室性心动过速可呈难治性,即应用常规的治疗方法,难以使室速得到控制,或即使暂时控制,却难以维持正常的窦性心律。此时将给临床医生带来困扰。针对这一情况,本文将分以下几方面进行讨论。

Medical workers who have some understanding of cardiac arrhythmias generally do not feel much difficulty in the management of ventricular tachycardia. However, in a few cases, ventricular tachycardia may be refractory, that is, it is difficult to control the VT or to maintain normal sinus rhythm even with temporary control, using conventional treatment methods. At this point will bring trouble to clinicians. In response to this situation, this article will be divided into the following aspects for discussion.
