In response to the various drawbacks of home decoration, the Shanghai Municipal Housing Development Bureau began trial construction of a new residential menu-style renovation project from June this year. The “menu-style” full-renovation project for residential houses refers to the fact that the developer has incorporated the interior decoration into the scope of the total construction investment before the development of the residential community, and provides the consumer with a residential product once in place. The combination of residential commercial housing and “menu-style” full-decoration allows consumers to clearly see their ideal environmental art settings and how they need to be decorated through various reference examples such as computers, renderings, and model houses. Style, including the choice of building materials, can be in place once in the process of buying a house. Compared with the original second-hand decoration, this is indeed a progress. However, in the implementation process, a quality assurance system should be established.
