当前为了满足我国高等教育的需要,民办高校已经成为我国高等教育行列一个不可或缺的重要组成部分。但部分民办高校党组织不健全、学生党员发展标准随意、学生党员发展工作应付了事,导致民办高校学生党员发展工作滞后、发展的学生党员先进性不够、学生党员发展程序不规范等现象普遍存在。这就要求我们必须结合实际情况完善党的组织体系、制定合理的学生党员发展比例和标准、规范学生党员的发展流程促进民办高校党员发展工作规范推进。
