从商务部获悉:商务部、国家发改委、财政部、人社部、卫生计生委、食药监总局等六部委日前下发通知,要求切实做好提升药品流通服务水平和效率的工作。一要加快清理和废止阻碍药品流通行业公平竞争的政策规定,构建全国统一市场。对各地在企业开办登记、药品采购与定价、药品配送商选择等方面存在的使用行政权力干预市场或导致药品价格扭曲及其他阻碍药品流通行业公平竞争、制约全国统一市场形成的政策规定进行清理。11
It is learned from the Ministry of Commerce that the six ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Health and Family Planning Commission and the SFDA recently issued a circular calling for earnest efforts to improve the service level and efficiency of drug distribution. First, we must speed up the clean-up and repeal the policy that hinders the fair competition in the drug circulation industry and establish a unified national market. Administrative measures were taken to intervene in the market or lead to the distortions in drug prices and other fair competition that hindered the pharmaceutical distribution industry and to restrict the formation of a unified national market in the areas of registration of enterprises, purchase and pricing of medicines, choice of drug distributors, and so on. 11
