以生为本,即以学生为本。“制定国策,以人为本;学校教育,以生为本”。如今各地区人才竞争越来越激烈,而小学语文教学是培养优秀人才基本素质的基石。新课改表明,要把以学生为本作为教学的理念,深入教师灵魂,坚持以生为本,一切为学生着想,为一切学生着想,着想学生的一切。新课改要求,课堂教学教师要把学生的学习作为课堂主体,教师应做好学习引导者、学习兴趣的促进者、活动组织者、教学方案研究者。
