(一)引言当前,全国都在进行以我国富有合金元素的钢种来代替镍、铬钢的试验研究工作,从而建立我国的合金钢系统。我厂亦曾进行过一些工作,现将试验后认为比较满意的中碳硅锰钢(35CT)试验过程与初步结论介绍如下,供有关单位参考。在机床制造工业中,最常用的合金钢为40X,主要用作齿轮、轴、凸轮、以及液压泵转子垫圈等零件,要求具有较高的强度、耐磨性和适当的冲击韧性,通常均经调质处理与高频表面淬硬。因此,在考虑40X代用材料时首先须满足上述要求,所以我们的试验包括下列内容:
