随着我国机械工业和国防工业的发展,机器零件的材料不断更新,出现了不少硬度高、韧性大的难加工材料。人造金刚石及立方氮化硼等超硬磨料用来磨削这些材料有其独特优点,因此使用越来越广泛.但由于这类砂轮修整比较困难,特别是成形修整问题更为突出,往往因修整不当而影响使用效果。本文就树脂结合剂立方氮化硼砂轮磨削高钒高速钢,对在生产条件下砂轮修整工具的选择及成形修整方法作了初步探讨。

In this paper, resin bonded cubic boron nitride grinding wheel high-vanadium high-speed steel grinding, dressing tools in the production conditions dressing dressing and dressing method made a preliminary discussion.
