目的:探讨降低基层医院产科分娩室的医院感染发生率的措施,为提高基层医院的医院感染管理质量提供参考。方法:在了解基层医院产科分娩室医院感染管理现状基础上,提出改进措施并落实,实现质量持续改进。结果:在分析问题基础上提出的相应措施,规范了产科分娩室的医院感染管理制度和日常管理工作,保证了产科分娩室的医疗安全和母婴健康。结论:基层医院产科分娩室通过规范化、系统化和制度化的管理,方能强化医院感染的管理,提高产科分娩室医疗安全。
Objective: To explore measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in obstetric delivery rooms in primary hospitals and to provide reference for improving the quality of nosocomial infection management in primary hospitals. Methods: On the basis of understanding the status quo of hospital infection management in obstetrics and gynecology delivery room in primary hospitals, we put forward improvement measures and implement them to achieve continuous improvement of quality. Results: Based on the analysis of the problem, the corresponding measures were put forward to standardize the hospital infection management system and daily management of obstetrical delivery room and ensure the medical safety and maternal and child health of obstetric delivery room. Conclusion: Obstetrics and gynecology delivery room in grass-roots hospital can strengthen the management of nosocomial infection and improve the medical safety of obstetric delivery room through standardized, systematic and systematic management.
