目的识别、分析和评价某重工企业生产建设项目存在的职业病危害因素及其防护控制效果,为企业提出进一步控制职业病危害的措施。方法采用职业卫生调查和现场检测等方法,对建设项目职业病危害进行综合性分析评价。结果该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,在总体布局、生产工艺设备、防护设施和职业卫生管理等方面基本符合相关要求,但电焊等尘毒作业点多,不固定,分布广,不易采取防护措施。锰及其无机化合物、一氧化碳、苯、电焊尘等粉尘、紫外辐射和噪声有不同程度的超标。结论该企业必须进一步加强职业病危害的防护控制,建议改进生产工艺,增加电焊、涂装、打磨等关键控制点防护设施,同时加强劳动者的个人防护。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the hazards of occupational diseases and their protective and controlling effects in the production and construction projects of a heavy industry enterprise and provide measures for the enterprises to further control occupational hazards. Methods Occupational health surveys and on-site testing methods were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of occupational hazards in construction projects. Results The project was a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. The project basically met the relevant requirements in terms of overall layout, production process equipment, protective facilities and occupational health management. However, dust and poisonous operating points such as welding were not fixed and distributed widely and were not easily protected Measures. Manganese and its inorganic compounds, carbon monoxide, benzene, dust and other dust welding, ultraviolet radiation and noise levels have exceeded the standard. Conclusion The enterprise must further strengthen the protection and control of occupational hazards and propose to improve the production technology and increase the protective facilities for key control points such as welding, painting and polishing, and strengthen the personal protection of laborers.
