政治经济学是一门研究经济关系及其运行规律的科学。当前学好用好政治经济学有四方面要求:一是需要原原本本地学习马克思主义经济学原著,掌握其提供的政治经济学的基本范式、基本立场和基本观点;二是重点学好用好中国化的马克思主义经济学,也就是中国特色社会主义经济理论;三是用好政治经济学为经济改革提供理论指导,理解并且认同正在实施的改革措施;四是学好政治经济学所揭示的经济规律,在不同发展阶段研究反映经济规律的新常态,厘清新常态下合乎规律的新的发展思路,实现经济发展的新突破。
