以剪叉式高空作业平台的剪叉伸展机构为研究对象,对定铰点、变铰点设计下的剪叉液压缸力、铰点力进行理论计算研究,并应用Ma tla b进行对比计算分析。对比分析得出:根据不同工况,选择合适的变铰点与定铰点,设计定铰点初始起升最优位置,可有效减小液压缸推力、铰点力,优化整个起升过程的液压缸力,使液压系统与剪叉结构设计达到最优,从而保证整个剪叉机构的最经济、最优化设计。
