“吴书记来高密之前一直在诸城工作,曾经亲自参与和见证了诸城的国有企业改革。他这个人懂经济,很务实,一定能把高密经济推上新台阶。在去年全国县城经济基本竞争力评价中,高密已上升至第103位。”这是记者还未见到高密市委书记吴建民之前,高密市政府一位官员的先期介绍。在等待了大半天后,记者有幸见到了这位从潍坊开完会就匆匆赶回的吴书记。或许正应了前面那位官员的介绍与提示,吴建民书记没有多少客套就直奔采访主题。虽然他的语气并不激昂,但说起高密的经济,说起城市布局,说起对接青岛,说起改革开放,这位性格稳健的书记,却总是能够让人感到他的平实、智慧与自信。虽然采访的时间是短暂的,但通过吴建民书记的介绍和在高密的所见所闻,我们深深地感到,尽管高密的经济实力,还不足凸现它在半岛乃至山东经济的影响,但他和决策层的比较发展意识与城市规划,已为素有“风城”之称的高密,勾画了一幅看得见的美好蓝图……
