天时地利人和成就办园高品质天时广州市荔湾区芳村幼儿园创办于1955年,是一所全日制公办幼儿园。芳村幼儿园新园的接管,适逢2011年区政府向社会承诺进一步促进教育均衡化、扩大公办优质教育资源覆盖面的目标以及落实“学前教育三年行动计划”的大好时机。区委、区政府、区教育局等各级主管部门高度重视芳村幼儿园的发展,各级领导多次视察、指导新园建设工作,给予新园发展规划的可行性指导意见。
Tianli Renli and Achievement Office Park High-quality Tianshi Guangzhou Liwan District Fangcun Kindergarten was founded in 1955 and is a full-time public-run kindergarten. The takeover of Fangcun Kindergarten New Park coincides with the 2011 District Government’s promise to society to further promote the equalization of education and to expand the coverage of public high-quality education resources, as well as a golden opportunity to implement the “Three-year Preschool Education Plan of Action.” District authorities, District Education Bureau and other authorities at all levels attach great importance to the development of Fangcun Kindergarten, leaders at all levels repeatedly inspected and guide the new park construction work, given the feasibility of the new park development planning guidance.
