The strength and work of round bar cutting are important basis for the design of steel bar cutting machine, and the cutting force was mostly based on experimental data. Because the cutter angle, steel strength, and physical properties change a lot, the measurement method is complex. Different units have inconsistent cutoff forces measured on the same condition, and it is difficult to find the actual change rule. Cutting off the power is even more difficult to measure experimentally. In the Soviet Union, there were two methods for calculating the cutting force. The first method is to multiply the cross-sectional area of the steel bar by the shear strength of the material. This method is inconsistent with the actual situation. From the material analysis, the round steel cutting process is actually based on bending and breaking; the other formula is: P=K_1K_2σ_ (?)F,F is the section area, K_1 is
