近年来随着房地产市场的蓬勃发展,高容积低占地的高层建筑形式被房地产开发商所广泛采用。高层建筑中各种品牌的乘客电梯运载用户往返于各个楼层之间。但电梯的节能问题、安全问题、运行效率问题也出现在各个物业管理公司面前。随着国家节能低碳环保主张的推行,要求降低电梯设备的使用、维修、管理成本的呼声越来越高,但电梯实际运营中收费难,电梯维护难,直至造成电梯系统瘫痪而无人管理的情况频繁出现在各大电视台的新闻中。随着IC卡控制系统在电梯中得以应用,以上问题得到很好解决。
