重铬酸钾清洁液为实验室用于玻璃器材之清洁去污剂,我们在实践中发现该药不但有良好的清洁去污作用,而且有较强的消毒灭菌效力。为此,我们对其消毒灭菌效力作了初步研究,现报告如下。方法与结果一、清洁液与来苏儿液抑菌度测定比较 (一)材料: 1.清洁液配制:取重铬酸钾(K_2Cr_2O_7)100g溶于750ml水中,加粗硫酸150ml,溶解后即成。 2.来苏儿液(煤酚皂溶液):取市售来苏儿液。 3.稀释肉汤:取常用肉汤培养液与等量蒸馏
