在磨床的操作过程中,经常遇到平衡砂轮的问题。为此,介绍一种按照力矩平衡的原理平衡砂轮的方法。实践证明,可以大大节省砂轮平衡时间。把一个未经平衡的砂轮放在砂轮平衡器上,使其在自由状态下停止转动时,砂轮的重心必然在法兰盘孔中心的正下方,且必然在铅垂中心线AA′上(图1)。O为法兰盘孔中心,O′为砂轮重心,AA′为砂轮的铅垂中心线,BB′为砂轮的水平中心线。要使砂轮平衡,就要设法使砂轮重心O′移到中心O处,与O重合。如果重心O′在移动时不偏离铅垂线AA′,即砂轮不向任一侧滚动,那么平衡砂轮的工作就可大为简化了。具体做法是:把装换的砂轮紧固在法兰盘上,法兰盘上原有的各平衡块
