一、绪言众所周知,MnS夹杂的形态和分布对钢的机械性能有很大影响,因此在钢水成分和凝固杂件对夹杂物的影响方面进行了广泛的研究。尤其是近几年来,伴随扫描电镜的普及,试图通过三维观察来正确掌握形态,并注意研究与凝固组织的关系,已经提出了几种硫化物形成机理。本文研究了实际钢锭中硫化物的形态分布和宏观组织的关系;在实验室的小钢锭中硫浓度和冷却速度对硫化物形态的影响,硫化物分布和凝固组织的关系,最后综合这些结果,讨论了钢中MaS形成机理。
I. INTRODUCTION It is well known that the morphology and distribution of MnS inclusions have a great influence on the mechanical properties of steels. Therefore, extensive studies have been conducted on the influence of the composition of molten steel and solidified compacts on inclusions. Especially in recent years, along with the popularization of SEM, trying to correctly grasp the morphology by three-dimensional observation, and pay attention to researching the relationship with the solidified tissue, several sulfide formation mechanisms have been proposed. In this paper, the relationship between the shape distribution of sulfide and the macro-structure in the actual steel ingot; the influence of sulfur concentration and cooling rate on the shape of sulfide, the distribution of sulfide and the solidified structure in the small steel ingot in laboratory were summarized. Finally, The formation mechanism of MaS in steel is discussed.
