一、概述 中国地方铁路从50年代开始兴建以来,经过几十年的努力,现已建成干、支线7300公里,还有约2000公里正在修建,这些地方铁路分布在全国17个省(市、自治区)内,对地方经济建设起着关键作用,深受地方政府和人民的重视,对国家铁路干线起着补充作用,是国铁路网的组成部分。地方铁路大多分布在国铁末端,是干线的支线或联络线,起到国铁客、货运量的集、散和分流作用,对缓解运输紧张大有好处。
I. General Description After decades of efforts, the local railways in China have now completed construction with a total area of 7,300 kilometers and about 2,000 kilometers under construction. These local railways are distributed in 17 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions ) Plays a key role in the construction of local economy and is highly regarded by local governments and people. It plays a complementary role in the national railway lines and is an integral part of the national railway network. Most of the local railways are located at the end of the national railway and are the branch lines or connecting lines of the trunk lines. They play a role in the aggregate, bulk and diversion of passenger and freight traffic of the country’s railways and are of great benefit to ease the transportation tension.
