部分青年学员的“高学历低素质”现象,很大程度上归因于没有高度重视人文素质教育。提高青年学员人文素质,需要正确处理好“静”与“动”的关系,加大人文素质教育力度;正确处理好“硬”与“软”的关系,营造有利于提高人文素质的人文环境;正确处理好“立”与“破”的关系,不断提高人文素质教育的质量和效益。
Part of the “high qualifications and low qualifications” of young trainees is due in large part to the lack of emphasis on humanistic education. To improve the humanistic quality of young students, we need to correctly handle the relationship between “quiet” and “moving” and strengthen the education of humanistic quality; correctly handle the relationship between “hard” and “soft” and create a Which is conducive to improving the humane quality of the humanistic environment; correctly handle the relationship between “legislation ” and “broken ”, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of humanistic education.
