丹参注射液对治疗冠心病心绞痛及心肌梗塞患者具有良好疗效。鉴于发掘药源,上海中药一厂从丹参叶中提取有效部位试制成丹参叶注射液试用于临床,也收到一定效果。我们采用电磁流量计及心电血压计研究了丹参叶注射液对麻醉狗在体心脏的主动脉流量、左冠状动脉回旋支流量及对麻醉兔在体心脏的左心室压力进行了观察。初步结果报告如下:
Salvia miltiorrhiza injection has good curative effect on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and myocardial infarction. In view of digging out the source of medicine, Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory firstly extracted effective parts from leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza and made Danshen leaf injection into clinical trials. It also received certain results. We used electromagnetic flowmeters and ECG sphygmomanometers to study the effect of Danshenye injection on aortic flow in the heart of anesthetized dogs, the flow volume of the left coronary circumflex artery, and the left ventricular pressure on anesthetized rabbit hearts.
