上海机床厂液压车间第三小组,在这次轰轰烈烈的大闹技术革命运动中,积极响应党提出向机械化、自动化进军的号召,在党和行政的支持以及技术革命工作队的帮助下,将原有的车床改装成一台液压传动自动车床,专用于加工直径为2～30毫米、长度80～160毫米的工作物。一、机床结构改装后的短轴全自动车床结构见图1,电气控制线路见图2。它的结构特征如下:
