我是一个铣工,在列宁格勒工厂工作有20年了。我经常注意提高劳动生产率,以便为国家生产更多的产品。在研究和总结切削方法及铣刀的几何形状时,我往往考虑到能否改变一下铣刀的几何形状,来加大切削速度和走刀量。我和车间技术员一起,共同研究了铣刀的几何形状,终于成功地设计出一种高速切削用的圆盤铣刀,并把它用在生产上。使用这种铣刀,使我提高劳动生产率达15倍以上。
I am a milling worker and have worked in the Leningrad plant for 20 years. I often pay attention to improving labor productivity in order to produce more products for the country. In studying and summarizing the cutting method and cutter geometry, I often consider the possibility of changing the geometry of the cutter to increase the cutting speed and the amount of pass. Together with the workshop technician, I studied the geometry of the milling cutter and successfully designed a disc cutter for high-speed cutting and used it in production. Using this cutter, I improved work productivity by more than 15 times.
