湖北省钟祥市“三权”登记涉及集体经济组织土地所有权510宗、集体建设用地使用权3800宗、宅基地近22万宗,共计22.43万宗。自2012年6月以来,钟祥市国土资源局建机构、定方案、抓宣传、办试点、筹经费,精心准备确权登记工作,通过外业测量、权属调查、资料收集核对及内业整理,形成了大批成果。截至目前,该市集体建设用地及宅基地确权登记已完成60%,预计今年可全面完成此项工作。
