模板拉杆是连结内外两组模板的主要连接件,其作用是保持内外模板的间距,抵抗模板两侧的混凝土侧压力和其他荷重,确保模板有足够的刚度和强度。所以,设计模板拉杆应考虑以下几点: 1.模板拉杆本身要有足够的强度,当承受混凝土侧压力时,模板拉杆不得产生受拉延伸或断裂,不可引起模板的鼓胀等。 2.模板拉杆的制作尺寸应精确,以确保拼装模板间距准确和混凝土表面平整。 3.模板拉杆的部件应结构简单、装拆灵
The template tie rod is the main connecting piece connecting the two sets of inner and outer templates. Its role is to maintain the spacing between the inner and outer templates, resist the concrete side pressure and other loads on both sides of the form, and ensure that the template has sufficient rigidity and strength. Therefore, the design template tie rod should consider the following points: 1. The template pull rod itself must have sufficient strength, when subjected to concrete side pressure, the template tie rod shall not be subject to tensile extension or fracture, and may not cause bulging of the template. 2.
