研究了一种利用工业用菌株野生小金色分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium neoaurum)催化降解甾醇制备4-雄烯-4-醇-3,17-二酮(4-雄烯二酮,4-AD)的无油工艺.从静态细胞转化法和发酵法中选择发酵法,研究了甾醇投料量、助溶剂、分散剂、金属离子、发酵时间等条件对菌株生长状态、发酵底物转化率和4-AD产量的影响,对助溶剂、分散剂、底物的用量和接种量4个较重要的因素进行3个水平的正交实验.最佳工艺为:采用发酵法,甾醇投料量30g/L、助溶剂羟丙基!-环糊精40g/L、分散剂吐温-80 5g/L、接种量20%、亚铁离子0.4g/L、发酵时间120h;4-AD的产量最高达到14.3g/L,转化率达到76%.
