Bicautamide is an oral non-steroidal anti-androgen similar to flutamide and is currently used to treat advanced prostate cancer. The manufacturer recommends that the drug be used in combination with congeners such as leuprolide or goserlin of a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH).
