肾盂内灌注药物治疗乳糜尿是临床上常用的方法之一。以往灌注的药物多采用硝酸银及碘化钠等溶液，但疗效欠满意，复发率较高，且副作用较大。为了探讨肾盂内灌注药物治疗乳辆尿的新方法，作者自1994年三月至今应用四环素溶液肾盂内灌注治疗乳糜尿20例，取得了较好的疗效，报告
Intra-renal pelvic infusion of drugs for the treatment of chyluria is one of the commonly used methods. Past infusion of drugs and more use of silver nitrate and sodium iodide solution, but less satisfied with the effect, the recurrence rate is higher, and the side effects. In order to explore the new method of intra-renal pelvic perfusion drug treatment of urinary bladder, the author has been using tetracycline intraperitoneal infusion since 20 March 1994 to treat 20 cases of chyluria and achieved good results. The report
