那些关于一组家庭、一个社区、一座城的文明故事,绝不是“创建文明城市,争做文明市民”这样的枯燥标语,而是能够帮助城市更加和谐包容的副产品34%的市民认为“全国文明城市”对自己的生产生活没有实质性帮助。这是我们在遂宁、德阳、泸州、自贡等一些正在创“国文”城市的街头抽样调查的结果。然而,很多事情过程比结果更有意义。在城市发展过程中,政府出台了很多政策,一些市民可能看不出它的益处,但当这些政策转化成一个个副产品时,将极大地造福百姓。
Civilized stories about a group of families, a community, and a city are by no means a boring slogan such as “creating a civilized city and becoming a civilized citizen,” but 34% of the people who can help make the city more harmonious and inclusive contain “National Civilized City” has no substantial help in one’s own production and life. This is the result of a street sample survey conducted by some of our cities such as Suining, Deyang, Luzhou and Zigong, which are under construction.
