目的观察中药抗病毒胶囊治疗生殖器疱疹的豚鼠模型的效果和初步探讨其作用机理。方法先进行豚鼠生殖器疱疹造模,然后用中药抗病毒胶囊对生殖器疱疹豚鼠进行治疗,用外阴症状评分和阴道拭子病毒滴度进行疗效的评价和机理的探讨。结果中药抗病毒胶囊治疗生殖器疱疹豚鼠的疗效基本等同西药阿昔洛韦,其作用机理可能为抑制病毒的增殖和提高动物免疫功能而发挥疗效。结论抗病毒胶囊是治疗生殖器疱疹的有效药物。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine antiviral capsule in the treatment of genital herpes in guinea pigs and to explore its mechanism. Methods The guinea pig genital herpes was first used to make the model, and then the genital herpes guinea pigs were treated with antiviral capsules. The evaluation of the efficacy and the mechanism of the vulva symptom score and vaginal swab virus titer were discussed. RESULTS: The efficacy of anti-virus capsules for treating genital herpes in guinea pigs is basically equivalent to that of acyclovir. Its mechanism of action may be to inhibit the proliferation of the virus and improve the immune function of animals and to exert its therapeutic effect. Conclusion Antiviral capsules are effective drugs for the treatment of genital herpes.
