[目的]研究马尾藻多糖对奥尼罗非鱼生长性能、血液生化指标和免疫调节的影响。[方法]采用奥尼罗非鱼作为试验对象,在饲料中分别添加不同水平的马尾藻多糖(添加量分别为0、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%),饲养30日后测定奥尼罗非鱼的增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数、血液生化指标和非特异性免疫指标。[结果]浓度为0.10%的马尾藻多糖能极显著提高奥尼罗非鱼的增重率、生长速度和降低饲料系数(P<0.01),并能显著提高血液中红细胞数、总蛋白和血糖的含量(P<0.05);浓度为0.15%的马尾藻多糖能极显著提高其总蛋白含量(P<0.01)和显著提高血液中超氧化物歧化酶、溶菌酶和酸性磷酸酶活力(P<0.05);浓度为0.20%的马尾藻多糖能极显著提高其血液中总蛋白含量和酸性磷酸酶活力(P<0.01),并显著提高溶菌酶活力(P<0.05)。[结论]马尾藻多糖能显著提高奥尼罗非鱼的生长性能和非特异性免疫水平,在奥尼罗非鱼饲料中马尾藻多糖的适宜添加量为0.10%~0.15%。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of polysaccharides from Sargassum on the growth performance, blood biochemical indexes and immune regulation of Tilapia tilapia. [Method] Tilapia nilotica was used as test object, and different levels of Sargassum polysaccharide were added to the feed (0,0.10%, 0.15% and 0.20%, respectively) Weight gain rate, specific growth rate, feed conversion coefficient, blood biochemical indicators and non-specific immune indicators. [Result] The polysaccharides of Sargassum at a concentration of 0.10% could significantly increase the weight gain rate, growth rate and feedstuff coefficient of Oreochromis niloticus (P <0.01), and significantly increase the numbers of red blood cells, total protein and blood sugar (P <0.05). The polysaccharide at the concentration of 0.15% could significantly increase the total protein content (P <0.01) and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase, lysozyme and acid phosphatase (P <0.05) ); Sargassum polysaccharides with a concentration of 0.20% could significantly increase the total protein content and acid phosphatase activity (P <0.01) and significantly increase the lysozyme activity (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The polysaccharides from Sargassum increased significantly the growth performance and nonspecific immunity of O. niloticus, and the appropriate addition amount of Sargassum natans polysaccharide was 0.10% ~ 0.15% in the feed of O. niloticus.
