随着中国经济的不断发展,中国的学前教育随之更加快速朝着规范化,竞争化的方向发展。以湖南幼儿园为例,通过分析多数幼儿园在经济快速发展带动物价上涨的压力下,造成的幼儿园的成本高,面对这样的两难境地,要以在了解全面的幼儿园收支结构,从而制定正确的运行战略,通过增大政策灵活性,调节幼儿园的办园规模,增加教师投入等多方面,多角度的进行分担策略探讨。
With the continuous development of China’s economy, preschool education in China will soon move towards standardization and competition. Taking Hunan kindergarten as an example, the kindergarten cost is high under the pressure of rising prices caused by rapid economic development. In the face of this dilemma, we should understand the overall structure of kindergarten income and expenditure so as to formulate a correct Operation strategy, through the policy flexibility, adjust the size of kindergarten park, increase the input of teachers and many other aspects of sharing strategy to explore.
