思想政治工作者的一项经常而又重要的任务,就是要善于把党和国家的方针政策,理论原则,工作指导思想及共产主义思想,社会公德等,用群众喜闻乐见的方式和群众易于接受的生活语言去帮助群众、教育群众、引导群众、达到调动群众积极性,奋发进取的目的。换句话,就是把大道理寓于生活中的小道理之中,使之亲切易懂,以小见大,潜移默化,从而产生心理认同,并在实际中能自觉产生所希望的行为方式。如果我们稍为留心一下,就会发现在日常生活中,凡成功的思想政治工作,不管是大会报告还是个别谈心等,莫不如此。
