哈萨克斯坦总统苏丹·纳扎尔巴耶夫于 1999年 11月 2 3日～ 2 7日对中华人民共和国进行国事访问。访华期间 ,纳扎尔巴耶夫在北京钓鱼台国宾馆举行新闻发布会 ,并就哈萨克斯坦的投资环境和吸引外资问题回答了本刊编辑部常玢的提问
President Sudan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan paid a state visit to the People’s Republic of China from November 23 to February 27, 1999. During his visit to China, Nazarbayev held a press conference at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing and answered questions raised by the editorial board of this magazine on the investment environment of Kazakhstan and the attraction of foreign investment.
