内高压成形技术可以用来加工汽车、宇航等工业领域的许多零件。由于此项技术的影响因素较多 ,成形工艺曲线的加载路径区域窄 ,成形的最佳工艺参数较难掌握。因此 ,成形过程中就会产生形式多种多样的缺陷。本文在实验的基础上 ,对内高压成形过程中失效产生的形式及其消除方法进行了研究 ,力求得出设置最佳工艺参数的规律 ,在此基础上 ,对低塑性材料———LF2M管接头成形进行了研究 ,得出了一些有益的结果。
High-pressure forming technology can be used to process many parts of the automotive, aerospace and other industrial fields. Due to the more influential factors of this technology, the loading process curve of forming process is narrow and the optimum process parameters of forming are difficult to grasp. Therefore, the forming process will have a variety of forms of defects. Based on the experiment, this paper studies the form of failure and the way to eliminate it in the process of internal high pressure forming, and strives to get the law of setting the optimum process parameters. On this basis, the low plasticity material --- LF2M The joint formation has been studied and some useful results have been obtained.
