谦比希铜矿西矿体采用分级尾砂上向进路充填采矿法进行回采,生产过程中存在充填成本高、矿石回收率低、充填料不足等诸多问题,由此引进和研究了膏体充填技术,并于2014年1月系统调试成功。本文主要介绍了谦比希膏体充填系统一段浓密、两段搅拌及自动控制等关键工艺,并对深锥浓密机、卧式双轴搅拌机及充填柱塞泵等核心设备的结构特点及性能进行了评述。系统生产实际效果表明:该膏体充填系统具有工艺流程简单、可靠性好、运行成本低的特点,达到了提高采矿强度、简化工艺、充分回收铜矿资源及保护环境的目的,适合于在类似矿山推广应用。
