测定了 ６２ 例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（ Ｓ Ａ Ｓ）男性患者和 ３３ 名同龄组正常男性血浆脂类水平。结果显示 Ｓ Ａ Ｓ组 Ｔ Ｃ Ｈ、 Ｔ Ｇ、 Ｖ Ｌ Ｄ Ｌ、 Ｌ Ｄ Ｌ、ａｐｏ Ｂ１００ 的水平显著高于正常组。而 Ｈ Ｄ Ｌ 和ａｐｏ Ａ Ｉ的水平显著低于正常组。提示 Ｓ Ａ Ｓ患者冠心病发病率高与血浆脂类水平有密切的关系。
Plasma lipid levels were measured in 62 male patients with sleep apnea syndrome (S A S) and in 33 normal men. The results showed that the levels of T C H, T G, V L D L, L D L and apo B 100 in S A S group were significantly higher than those in normal group. While the levels of H D L and apo A I were significantly lower than those of the normal group. Tip S A S patients with high incidence of coronary heart disease and plasma lipid levels are closely related.
