(本刊讯)云南省不少地区正在以水系或工程为单位召开灌区代表会,解决春耕用水中存在的主要问题。云南省水利指挥部总结了这些会议的经验后认为,今年的受益区代表会比去年有更重要的意义。这是由于:去冬今春干旱少雨,一般地区比前冬去春少80%左右;全省库塘蓄水比去年同期有效水量少3亿多立方米,长流水也不如去年;小春受旱,灌溉用水也比去年增加。而且各地冬水田干水现象比较严重,如建水县9万亩
