(一)根据AIPPI中日两国分会1984年11月达成的协议,两国分会1989年11月于北京进行了第三次交流。1984年11月初,AIPPI日本分会派遣以青木朗为团长的代表团访问我国之际,提出两国分会建立相互交流关系,每年交流一次,地点互换,内容由两国分会秘书处事先商定。经协商,两国分会达成一致意见。根据上述协议,日本分会于1987年向我国派遣了以武田为团长的代表团,该团由武田、田仓、宇井和小仓组成。其中,武田、田仓、宇井是律师,在日本工业产权界很有名望,在工业产权诉讼方面建树颇多.他们介绍了日本工业产权诉讼的程
(1) According to the agreement reached between AIPPI and China in November 1984, the two countries conducted a third exchange in Beijing in November 1989.
