Diabetic patients often have retinopathy, the incidence of up to 49-58%, regardless of its background or proliferation can sometimes lead to blindness. The United States lists it as the second blind cause. Fundus examination due to the pupil, refractive mesenchyme and magnification and other effects, it is difficult to detect early small vessel lesions. In recent years, it was found by conjunctival microscopy that conjunctival vessels showed the same changes as retinal vessels. In order to explore its significance, this article on a group of diabetic patients made a comparison of conjunctival microcirculation and fundus changes, are as follows.
