患者男,20岁。因两下肢逐渐乏力变细、右侧突眼6年于1982年9月3日入院。患者于1976年夏开始感觉久站或行走后左下肢乏力。1978年春乏力加重,左小腿变细,右侧眼球渐突出。1980年开始右下肢及双手乏力,手脚稍发麻。既往素健。检查:体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压、营养发育均正常。精神正常,头颅无畸形,甲状腺不肿大。心、肺、肝、脾、脊柱及外生殖器均未见异常。右眼球向外突出,
