目的通过检测Delta样配体4(DLL4)、微血管密度(MVD)在卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤组织、上皮性交界性肿瘤组织、上皮性良性肿瘤组织及卵巢正常组织中表达状况,分析在卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤中二者的相关性及临床意义。方法收集上皮性恶性肿瘤组织24例、上皮性交界性肿瘤组织24例、上皮性良性肿瘤组织24例及卵巢正常组织24例,采用免疫组化SABC法检测组织中DLL4、MVD表达情况,分析DLL4、MVD的相关性。结果检测结果显示,恶性组中的DLL4表达阳性率高于良性组、交界组、正常组(P<0.01);恶性组中MVD阳性率高于其他三组(P<0.01),交界组中MVD阳性表达率高于正常组及良性组(P<0.01);在卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤中,DLL4与MVD呈正相关(rs=0.534,P<0.01)。结论 DLL4参与上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展过程,且推测DLL4通过增加肿瘤血管密度,参与上皮性卵巢癌的发展。
Objective To detect the expression of Delta-like ligand 4 (DLL4) and microvessel density (MVD) in ovarian epithelial malignant tumor, epithelial borderline tumor, epithelial benign tumor and normal ovarian tissue, Correlation and clinical significance of the two in malignant tumors. Methods 24 cases of epithelial malignant tumor, 24 cases of epithelial borderline tumor, 24 cases of epithelial benign tumor and 24 cases of normal ovarian tissue were collected. The expression of DLL4 and MVD in tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. The expression of DLL4 , MVD correlation. Results The positive rate of DLL4 expression in malignant group was higher than that in benign group, junctional group and normal group (P <0.01). The positive rate of MVD in malignant group was higher than that in the other three groups (P <0.01) The positive expression rate of DLL4 was positively correlated with MVD in ovarian epithelial malignant tumors (rs = 0.534, P <0.01). Conclusion DLL4 is involved in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer. It is speculated that DLL4 is involved in the development of epithelial ovarian cancer by increasing the density of tumor blood vessels.
